海事處驗船主任泰：「我與阿德都是在大學畢業後便決定投身航海事業。我自己有六年航船經驗，在船公司管理一支船隊兩年之後，就投考做驗船主任。我覺得海事處發展前景良好，而且收入和培訓都有既定制度，加上晉升階梯清晰，所以就選擇了做驗船主任。」
