On today's podcast, Emily Fletcher (Founder of Ziva Meditation), discusses the importance of embracing pleasure and pain as part of the human experience. she highlights the significance of sacred union and the importance of connecting with others in the journey of self-pleasure and fulfilment. Emily's first ten years professionally were spent learning high performance tools to handle the demands of singing, dancing and acting eight shows a week on Broadway. The stress and anxiety of that lead to insomnia, sickness and going gray in her 20’s.
Thankfully she found meditation and it changed her whole life. So she left Broadway, went to India and trained for 3 years to be a teacher. She's taught over 50k people to practice the Ziva Technique of mindfulness, meditation and manifesting to do on their own for life. She birthed a book called "Stress Less, Accomplish More: Meditation for Extraordinary Performance." She's also the host of a new podcast called, Why Isn’t Everyone Doing This?
